'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files. 2018-05-02ARM: dts: exynos: Remove Exynos5440Krzysztof Kozlowski1-2/+0
The Exynos5440 (quad-core A15 with GMAC, PCIe, SATA) was targeting server platforms but it did not make it to the market really. There are no development boards with it and probably there are no real products neither. The development for Exynos5440 ended in 2013 and since then the platform is in maintenance mode. Remove all Device Tree sources for Exynos5440, as first step of removal of the platform to simplify the code and drivers. 2018-02-13soc: samsung: pmu: Populate children syscon nodesKrzysztof Kozlowski1-0/+6
The syscon poweroff and restart nodes logically belong to the Power Management Unit so populate possible children. This also requires providing compatibles for Exynos5410 and Exynos7 so the PMU device and its children will be instantiated for them as well. Just like Exynos5433, these chipsets are not yet supported by the PMU driver. The TOPEET itop Exynos4412 has three versions of base boards. The Elite version is the cheap one without too much peripheral devices on it. Currently supported are serial console, wired networking (USB), USB OTG in peripheral mode, USB host, SD storage, GPIO buttons, PWM beeper, ADC and LEDs. The WM8960 analog audio codec is also enabled. The FIMC is not used for camera currently, I enabled it just for a colorspace converter. 2015-12-01iio: exynos-adc: add experimental touchscreen supportArnd Bergmann1-0/+3
This adds support for the touchscreen on Samsung s3c64xx. The driver is completely untested but shows roughly how it could be done, following the example of the at91 driver. compared to the old plat-samsung/adc driver, there is no support for prioritizing ts over other clients, nor for oversampling. From my reading of the code, the priorities didn't actually have any effect at all, but the oversampling might be needed. Verifying this driver is the main issue that is currently holding up multiplatform support for s3c64xx, so any help in testing is very much appreciated. The current version uses the IS_REACHABLE() that is going to be introduced in the linux-media tree, please comment this out for testing.
