In order to replace the fsl,scu txt file from bindings/arm/freescale,
we need to split it between the right subsystems. This patch adds the
fsl, scu.yaml in the firmware bindings folder. This one is only for
the main SCU node. The old txt file will be removed only after all
the child nodes have been properly switch to yaml.

There's a few limitations on the original one cell clock binding
(#clock-cells = <1>) that we have to define some SW clock IDs for device
tree to reference. This may cause troubles if we want to use common
clock IDs for multi platforms support when the clock of those platforms
are mostly the same.
e.g. Current clock IDs name are defined with SS prefix.
However the device may reside in different SS across CPUs, that means the
SS prefix may not valid anymore for a new SoC. Furthermore, the device
availability of those clocks may also vary a bit.
For such situation, we want to eliminate the using of SW Clock IDs and
change to use a more close to HW one instead.
For SCU clocks usage, only two params required: Resource id + Clock Type.
Both parameters are platform independent. So we could use two cells binding
to pass those parameters,

Now that we have yaml bindings for the thermal subsystem, get rid of the
old bindings (thermal.txt).
Replace all references to thermal.txt in the Documentation with a link
to the appropriate YAML bindings using the following search and replace
pattern:
- If the reference is specific to the thermal-sensor-cells property,
replace with a pointer to thermal-sensor.yaml
- If the reference is to the cooling-cells property, replace with a
pointer to thermal-cooling-devices.yaml
- If the reference is generic thermal bindings, replace with a
reference to thermal*.yaml.

SCU power domain can be used in the same way by IMX8QXP and IMX8QM SoCs.
Let's add a "fsl,scu-pd" fallback compatible string to allow other SoCs
to reuse the common part.

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-pinctrl
Pull pin control updates from Linus Walleij:
"We have no core changes but lots of incremental development in drivers
all over the place: Renesas, NXP, Mediatek and Actions Semiconductor
keep churning out new SoCs.
I have some subtree maintainers for Renesas and Intel helping out to
keep down the load, it's been working smoothly (Samsung also have a
subtree but it was not used this cycle.)
New drivers:
- NXP (ex Freescale) i.MX 8 QXP SoC driver.
- Mediatek MT6797 SoC driver.
- Mediatek MT7629 SoC driver.
- Actions Semiconductor S700 SoC driver.
- Renesas RZ/A2 SoC driver.
- Allwinner sunxi suniv F1C100 SoC driver.
- Qualcomm PMS405 PMIC driver.
- Microsemi Ocelot Jaguar2 SoC driver.
Improvements:
- Some RT improvements (using raw spinlocks where appropriate).
- A lot of new pin sets on the Renesas PFC pin controllers.
- GPIO hogs now work on the Qualcomm SPMI/SSBI pin controller GPIO
chips, and Xway.
- Major modernization of the Intel pin control drivers.
- STM32 pin control driver will now synchronize usage of pins with
another CPU using a hardware spinlock"

NXP i.MX8QXP is an ARMv8 SoC with a Cortex-M4 core inside as
system controller, the system controller is in charge of system
power, clock and secure RTC etc. management, Linux kernel
has to communicate with system controller via MU (message unit)
IPC to do RTC operation, this patch adds binding doc for i.MX
system controller RTC driver.

Update the power domain binding with #power-domain-cells 1 format.
The first cell can be a global SCU power domain and the 2nd cell
the device ID. With this approach, we may remove all the sub power
domain nodes from device tree which can relief the device tree a lot.

The System Controller Firmware (SCFW) is a low-level system function
which runs on a dedicated Cortex-M core to provide power, clock, and
resource management. It exists on some i.MX8 processors. e.g. i.MX8QM
(QM, QP), and i.MX8QX (QXP, DX).
