Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
"This contains quite a few device-specific fixes for usual HD- and
USB-audio in addition to a couple of ALSA core fixes (a UAF fix in
sequencer and a fix for a misplaced PCM 32bit compat ioctl).
