Pull fuse updates from Miklos Szeredi:

 - Improve performance of virtio-fs in mixed read/write workloads

 - Try to revalidate cache before returning EEXIST on exclusive create

 - Add a couple of miscellaneous bug fixes as well as some code cleanups
