Pull XFS fixes from Darrick Wong:
"A few miscellaneous bug fixes & cleanups:
- Fix indlen block reservation accounting bug when splitting delalloc

- Fix an off-by-one error in a delalloc eof assertion
- Make fsmap only return inode information for CAP_SYS_ADMIN
