can: peak_usb: add support for PEAK new CANFD USB adapters
Add support for the following new PEAK-System technik CANFD USB adapters:
PCAN-USB FD single CANFD channel USB adapter
PCAN-USB Pro FD dual CANFD channels USB adapter
