[SCSI] lpfc 8.3.0 : Rework RSCN netlink event to send entire RSCN payload
Rework RSCN netlink event to send entire RSCN payload
Also replaces (SCSI_NL_VID_TYPE_PCI | PCI_VENDOR_ID_EMULEX) with
LPFC_NL_VENDOR_ID
