drivers/rtc/: use bcd2bin/bin2bcd
Change drivers/rtc/ to use the new bcd2bin/bin2bcd functions instead of
the obsolete BCD_TO_BIN/BIN_TO_BCD/BCD2BIN/BIN2BCD macros.
