Merge branch 'pci/pm'
- Remove unused pcibios_pm_ops (Vaibhav Gupta)
- Rename pci_dev.d3_delay to d3hot_delay (Krzysztof WilczyĆski)
- Apply D2 transition delay as microseconds, not milliseconds (Bjorn
