Merge ath-next from ath.git
ath.git patches for 4.7. Major changes:

* implement set_tsf() for 10.2.4 branch
* remove rare MSI range support
* remove deprecated firmware API 1 support

* add module parameter to invert LED polarity

* fixes to get the driver properly working on Dragonboard 410c
