* significant improvements on receive throughput and firmware download
with SDIO bus
* report signal strength for each chain also on SDIO
* set max mtu to 1500 on SDIO devices

* add support for BCM4359 SDIO chipset

* support set_multicast_to_unicast cfg80211 operation
* support set_cqm_rssi_config cfg80211 operation
