be2net: Move to new SR-IOV implementation in Lancer
SR-IOV implementation is Lancer has changed in following ways - 1)PF driver assigns one MAC addresses for VF using COMMON_SET_IFACE_MAC_LIST. 2)VF driver queries its MAC address using COMMON_GET_IFACE_MAC_LIST command and assigns it to its interface.
