Merge tag 'mmc-v4.5' of git://git.linaro.org/people/ulf.hansson/mmc
Pull MMC updates from Ulf Hansson:
"MMC core:
- Optimize boot time by detecting cards simultaneously
- Make runtime resume default behavior for MMC/SD
- Enable MMC/SD/SDIO devices to suspend/resume asynchronously
