clk: mvebu: Convert to clk_hw based provider APIs
We're removing struct clk from the clk provider API, so switch
this code to using the clk_hw based provider APIs. This also
removes a clk_get() in this driver that can just as easily use
of_clk_get_parent_name() instead.
