Merge tag 'irqchip-4.17' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/maz/arm-platforms into irq/core
Pull irqchip updates for 4.17 from Marc Zyngier:
- New Qualcomm PDC irqchip
- New Microsemi Ocelot irqchip
- Suspend/resume support for some oddball GICv3 irqchip
- Better GIC/GICv3 support for kexec
- Various cleanups and fixes
