Pull xen updates from Juergen Gross:
- add dma-buf functionality to Xen grant table handling
- fix for booting the kernel as Xen PVH dom0
- fix for booting the kernel as a Xen PV guest with
CONFIG_DEBUG_VIRTUAL enabled
