Merge tag 'nios2-v4.3-rc1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/lftan/nios2
Pull nios2 updates from Ley Foon Tan:
- add defconfig and device tree for max 10 support
- migrate to new 'set-state' interface for timer
- fix unaligned handler
- MAINTAINERS: update nios2 git repo
