arm: omap2: usb: rename usb-ehci.c to usb-host.c
We already have both EHCI and OHCI there, so let's rename to be sure everybody will understand the entire USB HOST functionality is setup on this file. Signed-off-by: Felipe Balbi <balbi@ti.com>
