MAINTAINERS: Update PARAVIRT_OPS_INTERFACE and VMWARE_HYPERVISOR_INTERFACE
Alok Kataria will be handing over VMware's maintainership of these
interfaces to Thomas Hellström, with pv-drivers as backup contact.
