[ARM] Fix VFP initialisation issue for SMP systems
When we install the handlers for context switching, we must enable VFP on all CPU cores, otherwise undefined (and random) effects occur. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
