dt-bindings: mfd: syscon: Merge Samsung Exynos Sysreg bindings

The Samsung Exynos System Registers (Sysreg) bindings are quite simple -
just additional compatible to the syscon.  They do not have any value so
merge them into generic MFD syscon bindings.
