Pull tracing fixes from Steven Rostedt:
"Small fixes and minor cleanups for tracing:
- Make exported ftrace function not static
- Fix NULL pointer dereference in reading probes as they are created
- Fix NULL pointer dereference in k/uprobe clean up path
- Various documentation fixes"
