Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
"A bunch of small fixes for USB-audio and HD-audio, where most of them
are for regressions: USB-audio PM fixes, ratelimit annoyance fix, HDMI
offline state fix, and a couple of device-specific quirks"
