Pull DeviceTree fixes from Rob Herring:
- Fix compile error drivers/spi/spi-rspi.c with !CONFIG_OF
- Fix warnings for unused/uninitialized variables with !CONFIG_OF
- Fix PCIe bus matching for powerpc
