[ACPI] remove "Resource isn't an IRQ" warning
In the case where a (broken) BIOS gives us a blank _CRS for
a PCI Interrupt Link Device, the acpi_walk_resources()
will not terminate, but will then give the callback
the resource end tag. Ignore the end tag.
