tools/vm/slabinfo-gnuplot: use "grep -E" instead of "egrep"

So let's use alphabetic order when two values are equal in the sort_slabs(). By the way, the content of the `slabinfo -h` is not aligned because the `-P|--partial Sort by number of partial slabs` uses tabs instead of spaces. So let's use spaces instead of tabs to fix it. commit 0c7e0d699ef1430d7f4cf12b4b1d097af58b5515 upstream. Commit 64dd68497be76 relocated and renamed the alloc_calls and free_calls files from /sys/kernel/slab/NAME/*_calls over to /sys/kernel/debug/slab/NAME/*_calls but didn't update the slabinfo tool with the new location. This change will now have slabinfo look at the new location (and filenames) with a fallback to the prior files. mm: Add PG_arch_2 page flag

For arm64 MTE support it is necessary to be able to mark pages that contain user space visible tags that will need to be saved/restored e.g. when swapped out. To support this add a new arch specific flag (PG_arch_2). This flag is only available on 64-bit architectures due to the limited number of spare page flags on the 32-bit ones. Commit 7ed1c1901fe5 ("tools: fix cross-compile var clobbering") moved the setup of the CC variable to tools/scripts/Makefile.include to make the behavior consistent across all the tools Makefiles. The sysfs file name for enabling sanity checking is called 'sanity_checks' and not 'sanity'. The name of the file has never changed since the introduction of the slub allocator. Obviously, most people turn the checks on via the command line option and not during runtime using slabinfo.
