tools/virtio: check mmap return value in vringh_test

[ Upstream commit ec6177dfe98b9be1c3ede6c0dfe4394ea2a76959 ] In parallel_test(), the return values of mmap() for both host_map and guest_map are not checked against MAP_FAILED. If mmap() fails, the subsequent code will dereference the invalid pointer, leading to a segmentation fault. Add MAP_FAILED checks after both mmap() calls, using err() to report the error and exit, consistent with the existing error handling style in this file (e.g., the open() call on line 149). compiler: Remove uninitialized_var() macro

Using uninitialized_var() is dangerous as it papers over real bugs[1] (or can in the future), and suppresses unrelated compiler warnings (e.g. "unused variable"). If the compiler thinks it is uninitialized, either simply initialize the variable or make compiler changes. As recommended[2] by[3] Linus[4], remove the macro. With the recent change to disable -Wmaybe-uninitialized in v5.7 in commit 78a5255ffb6a ("Stop the ad-hoc games with -Wno-maybe-initialized"), this is likely the best time to make this treewide change.
