selftests: complete kselftest include centralization

This follow-up patch completes centralization of kselftest.h and ksefltest_harness.h includes in remaining seltests files, replacing all relative paths with a non-relative paths using shared -I include path in lib.mk Tested with gcc-13.3 and clang-18.1, and cross-compiled successfully on riscv, arm64, x86_64 and powerpc arch. tclock_gettime() is a wrapper around clock_gettime(). The first parameter of clock_gettime() is of type "clockid_t", not "clock_t". Use the correct type instead. selftest/timerns: fix clang build failures for abs() calls

When building with clang, via: make LLVM=1 -C tools/testing/selftests ...clang warns about mismatches between the expected and required integer length being supplied to abs(3). Fix this by using the correct variant of abs(3): labs(3) or llabs(3), in these cases. selftests/timens: remove ARRAY_SIZE define from individual tests

ARRAY_SIZE is defined in several selftests. Remove definitions from individual test files and include header file for the define instead.
