selftests/kexec: fix test_kexec_jump build

The test_kexec_jump program builds correctly when invoked from the top-level selftests/Makefile, which explicitly sets the OUTPUT variable. However, building directly in tools/testing/selftests/kexec fails with: make: *** No rule to make target '/test_kexec_jump', needed by 'test_kexec_jump.sh'. Stop. This failure occurs because the Makefile rule relies on $(OUTPUT), which is undefined in direct builds. Fix this by listing test_kexec_jump in TEST_GEN_PROGS, the standard way to declare generated test binaries in the kselftest framework. This ensures the binary is built regardless of invocation context and properly removed by make clean. selftests/kexec: Add x86_64 selftest for kexec-jump and exception handling

Add a self test which exercises both the kexec-jump facility, and the kexec exception handling. Invoke a trivial payload which just does an int3 and returns, flip-flopping its entry point for the next invocation between two implementations of the same thing. selftests/kexec: remove broken EFI_VARS secure boot fallback check

Commit b433a52aa28733e0 ("selftests/kexec: update get_secureboot_mode") refactored the code that discovers the EFI secure boot mode so it only depends on either the efivars pseudo filesystem or the efivars sysfs interface, but never both. However, the latter version was not implemented correctly, given the fact that the local 'efi_vars' variable never assumes a value. This means the fallback has been dead code ever since it was introduced. So let's drop the fallback altogether. The sysfs interface has been deprecated for ~10 years now, and is only enabled on x86 to begin with, so it is time to get rid of it entirely. Reviewed-by: Mimi Zohar Signed-off-by: Ard Biesheuvel

In addition to the PE/COFF and IMA xattr signatures, the kexec kernel image can be signed with an appended signature, using the same scripts/sign-file tool that is used to sign kernel modules. This patch adds support for detecting a kernel image signed with an appended signature and updates the existing test messages appropriately.
