[ Upstream commit a68a9bd086c2822d0c629443bd16ad1317afe501 ] wait_for_port() can wait up to 2 seconds with the sleep and the polling in wait_local_port_listen() combined. So, in netcons_basic.sh, the socat process could die before the test writes to the netconsole. Increase the timeout to 3 seconds to make netcons_basic.sh pass consistently. selftest: netcons: add test for netconsole over bonded interfaces

This patch adds a selftest that verifies netconsole functionality over bonded network interfaces using netdevsim. It sets up two bonded interfaces acting as transmit (TX) and receive (RX) ends, placed in separate network namespaces. The test sends kernel log messages and verifies that they are properly received on the bonded RX interfaces with both IPv4 and IPv6, and using basic and extended netconsole formats. This patchset aims to test a long-standing netpoll subsystem where netpoll has multiple users. (in this case netconsole and bonding). A similar selftest has been discussed in [1] and [2]. This test also tries to enable bonding and netpoll in different order, just to guarantee that all the possibilities are exercised. Extract the netconsole target creation from create_dynamic_target(), by moving it from create_dynamic_target() into a new helper function. This enables other tests to use the creation of netconsole targets with arbitrary parameters and no sleep. The new helper will be utilized by forthcoming torture-type selftests that require dynamic target management. selftests: net: Skip test if IPv6 is not configured

Extend the `check_for_dependencies()` function in `lib_netcons.sh` to check whether IPv6 is enabled by verifying the existence of `/proc/net/if_inet6`. Having IPv6 is a now a dependency of netconsole tests. If the file does not exist, the script will skip the test with an appropriate message suggesting to verify if `CONFIG_IPV6` is enabled. This prevents the test to misbehave if IPv6 is not configured. Extract the network device and namespace cleanup logic from the cleanup() function into a new do_cleanup() helper in lib_netcons.sh. The do_cleanup() function only unconfigure the network and printk, while cleanup() cleans the netconsole targets plus the network and printk. This refactoring let this code to be reused in cases netconsole dynamic is not being used, as in the upcoming patch.
