selftests/bpf: Fix sockmap_multi_channels reliability

[ Upstream commit d9d7125e445dc06c2d9bd3dbd070dcbcd41a540f ] Previously I added a FIONREAD test for sockmap, but it can occasionally fail in CI [1]. The test sends 10 bytes in two segments (2 + 8). For UDP, FIONREAD only reports the length of the first datagram, not the total queued data. The original code used recv_timeout() expecting all 10 bytes, but under high system load, the second datagram may not yet be processed by the protocol stack, so recv would only return the first 2-byte datagram, causing a size mismatch failure. Fix this by receiving exactly the expected bytes (matching FIONREAD) in the first recv. The remaining datagram is then consumed in a second recv block, which is only reachable for UDP since TCP's expected already equals sizeof(buf). selftests/bpf: Add tests for FIONREAD and copied_seq

This commit adds two new test functions: one to reproduce the bug reported by syzkaller [1], and another to cover the calculation of copied_seq. The tests primarily involve installing and uninstalling sockmap on sockets, then reading data to verify proper functionality. Additionally, extend the do_test_sockmap_skb_verdict_fionread() function to support UDP FIONREAD testing. selftest/bpf: Add vsock test for sockmap rejecting unconnected

Verify that for a connectible AF_VSOCK socket, merely having a transport assigned is insufficient; socket must be connected for the sockmap to accept. This does not test datagram vsocks. Even though it hardly matters. VMCI is the only transport that features VSOCK_TRANSPORT_F_DGRAM, but it has an unimplemented vsock_transport::readskb() callback, making it unsupported by BPF/sockmap. selftest/bpf: Adapt vsock_delete_on_close to sockmap rejecting unconnected

Commit 515745445e92 ("selftest/bpf: Add test for vsock removal from sockmap on close()") added test that checked if proto::close() callback was invoked on AF_VSOCK socket release. I.e. it verified that a close()d vsock does indeed get removed from the sockmap. It was done simply by creating a socket pair and attempting to replace a close()d one with its peer. Since, due to a recent change, sockmap does not allow updating index with a non-established connectible vsock, redo it with a freshly established one.
