spi: tools: Add include folder to .gitignore

[ Upstream commit 5af56f30c4fcbade4a92f94dadfea517d1db9703 ] The Makefile for the SPI tools creates an include/linux/spi folder and some symlinks inside it. After running `make -C spi/tools`, this folder shows up as untracked in the git status. Add the above folder to the .gitignore file. Consistently use %u to format unsigned numbers. For "bits" this doesn't matter that much, as it is "uint8_t". However, "speed" is "uint32_t", so in case people use "-s -1" to force the maximum, they would see: max speed: -1 Hz (4294967 KHz) While at it, use "k" (kilo) instead of "K" (kelvin) in "kHz". In the current code, it only removes *.o and .*.o.d file when make clean, there still exists useless .*.o.cmd file, just remove it.
