After kernel 3.7 (commit b4b8f770eb10a1bccaf8aa0ec1956e2dd7ed1e0a), /proc/cpuinfo replaces 'Processor' to 'model name'. This is a precursor patch to enable long name searching of DSOs using a rbtree. In this patch, a new dsos structure is created which contains only a list head structure for the moment. The new dsos structure is used, in turn, in the machine structure for the user_dsos and kernel_dsos fields. Add ability to mark all dsos as hit. This is needed in the case of Instruction Tracing. It takes so long to decode an Instruction Trace that it is not worth doing just to determine which dsos are hit. A later patch takes this into use.
