perf callchain: Fix srcline printing with inlines

[ Upstream commit abec464767b5d26f0612250d511c18f420826ca1 ] sample__fprintf_callchain() was using map__fprintf_srcline() which won't report inline line numbers. Fix by using the srcline from the callchain and falling back to the map variant. perf evsel: Add/use accessor for tp_format

Add an accessor function for tp_format. Rather than search+replace uses try to use a variable and reuse it. Add additional NULL checks when accessing/using the value. Make sure the PTR_ERR is nulled out on error path in evsel__newtp_idx. perf build: Include libtraceevent headers directly indicated by pkg-config

Currently the libtraceevent's found by pkg-config, which give the include path as: [root@localhost tmp]# pkg-config --cflags libtraceevent -I/usr/local/include/traceevent So we should include the libtraceevent headers directly without "traceevent/" prefix. perf python: Remove PYTHON_PERF ifdefs

When perf code was compiled one way for the binary and another for the python module, the PYTHON_PERF ifdef was used to remove some code from the python module. Since switching to building the perf code as a series of libraries, with the same libraries being used for the python module, the ifdefs became unused as PYTHON_PERF is never defined. As such remove the ifdefs. perf callchain: Use pthread keys for tls callchain_cursor

Pthread keys are more portable than __thread and allow the association of a destructor with the key. Use the destructor to clean up TLS callchain cursors to aid understanding memory leaks. Committer notes: Had to fixup a series of unconverted places and also check for the return of get_tls_callchain_cursor() as it may fail and return NULL. In that unlikely case we now either print something to a file, if the caller was expecting to print a callchain, or return an error code to state that resolving the callchain isn't possible. In some cases this was made easier because thread__resolve_callchain() already can fail for other reasons, so this new one (cursor == NULL) can be added and the callers don't have to explicitely check for this new condition. perf addr_location: Add init/exit/copy functions

struct addr_location holds references to multiple reference counted objects. Add init/exit functions to make maintenance of those more consistent with the rest of the code and to try to avoid leaks. Modification of thread reference counts isn't included in this change. Committer notes: I needed to initialize result to sample->ip to make sure is set to something, fixing a compile time error, mostly keeping the previous logic as build_alloc_func_list() already does debugging/error prints about what went wrong if it takes the 'goto out'. perf evsel: Don't let for_each_group() treat the head of the list as one of its nodes

Address/memory sanitizer was reporting issues in evsel__group_pmu_name because the for_each_group_evsel loop didn't terminate when the head was reached, the head would then be cast and accessed as an evsel leading to invalid memory accesses. Fix for_each_group_member and for_each_group_evsel to terminate at the list head. Note, evsel__group_pmu_name no longer iterates the group, but the problem is present regardless. Before this, the raw ip is printed for non-callchain and dso offset for callchain. This inconsistent output for address may confuse people. And mostly what we expect is the raw ip.
