Adding some prints for ordered events queue, to help debug issues. Adding debug_ordered_events debug variable to be able to enable ordered events debug messages using: $ perf --debug ordered-events=2 report ... Also using oe pointer in perf_session__queue_event instead of chained session variable dereferencing. Adding --debug option as a way to setup debug variables. Starting with support for verbose, more will come. It's possible to use it now with report command: $ perf --debug verbose ... $ perf --debug verbose=2 ... I'll need this support to add separated debug variable for ordered events change in order to separate debug output out of standard verbose stream. perf tools: Fix TUI helpline output

In commit e2f4351 "perf ui/helpline: Introduce ui_helpline__vshow()" the test for the browser used made ui_helpline__vshow() to be called only for the GTK browser. The TUI one then was not used and vfprintf(stderr, ...) was used instead, making the TUI scroll the screen instead of just printing on the last line. Fix it by doing the proper check, that is to call ui_helpline__vshow to be called for both the TUI and GTK browsers. For building perf without gtk+2, we can set NO_GTK2=1 as a argument of make. It then defines NO_GTK2_SUPPORT macro for C code to do the proper handling. However it usually used in a negative semantics - e.g. #ifndef - so we saw double negations which can be misleading. Convert it to a positive form to make it more readable.
