perf ui browser: Don't save pointer to stack memory

[ Upstream commit 769e6a1e15bdbbaf2b0d2f37c24f2c53268bd21f ] ui_browser__show() is capturing the input title that is stack allocated memory in hist_browser__run(). Avoid a use after return by strdup-ing the string. perf annotate: Make sure to call symbol__annotate2() in TUI

The symbol__annotate2() initializes some data structures needed by TUI. It has a logic to prevent calling it multiple times by checking if it has the annotated source. But data type profiling uses a different code (symbol__annotate) to allocate the annotated lines in advance. So TUI missed to call symbol__annotate2() when it shows the annotation browser. Make symbol__annotate() reentrant and handle that situation properly. perf TUI: Don't ignore job control

In its infinite wisdom, by default, SLang sets susp undef, and this can only be un-done by calling SLtty_set_suspend_state(true). After every SLang_init_tty(). Additionally, no provisions are made for maintaining the teletype attributes across suspend/continue (outside of curses emulation mode(?!), which provides full support, naturally), so we need to save and restore the flags ourselves, as well as reset the text colours when going under. We need to also re-draw the screen, and raising SIGWINCH, shockingly, Just Works. The correct solution would be to Not Use SLang, but as a stop-gap, this makes TUI 'perf report' usable.
