perf bench futex: Fix memory leak of perf_cpu_map__new()

This patch adds the missing perf_cpu_map__put since it calls cpu_map_delete implicitly. perf bench mem: Always memset source before memcpy

This leads to wildly different results with or without --cycles, since all sources pages are likely to be mapped to the same zero page without explicit writes.
