Reorder the ORC register values so their ordering matches the x86
instruction set register encodings.

No functional change intended.

Recent Clang can use RAX as a temporary register for the DRAP stack
alignment sequence. Add support for that.

Fixes the following warning:

  vmlinux.o: error: objtool: vmw_host_printf+0xd: unknown CFA base reg 0

This is similar to GCC's behavior and makes it more obvious why the
build failed.

<title>objtool/x86: Separate arch-specific and generic parts</title>

Move init_orc_entry(), write_orc_entry(), reg_name(), orc_type_name()
and print_reg() from generic orc_gen.c and orc_dump.c to arch-specific
orc.c, then introduce a new function orc_print_dump() to print info.

This is preparation for later patch, no functionality change.
