ASoC: SOF: Add support for on-demand DSP boot

On system suspend / resume we always power up the DSP and boot the firmware, which is not strictly needed as right after the firmware booted up we power the DSP down again on suspend and we also power it down after resume after some inactivity. Out of caution, add a new platform descriptor flag to enable on-demand DSP boot since this might not work without changes to platform code on certain platforms. With the on-demand dsp boot enabled we will not boot the DSP and firmware up on system or rpm resume, just enable audio subsystem since audio IPs, like HDA and SoundWire might be needed (codecs suspend/resume operation). Only boot up the DSP during the first hw_params() call when the DSP is really going to be needed. In this way we can handle the audio related use cases: normal audio use (rpm suspend/resume) system suspend/resume without active audio system suspend/resume with active audio system suspend/resume without active audio, and audio start before the rpm suspend timeout Add module option to force the on-demand DSP boot to allow it to be disabled or enabled without kernel change for testing. Remove the now-reduntant explicit call to pm_runtime_mark_last_busy(). ASoC: Constify local snd_sof_dsp_ops

Merge series from Krzysztof Kozlowski : The core code does not modify the 'struct snd_sof_dsp_ops' passed via pointer in various places, so this can be made pointer to const in few places. This in turn allows few drivers to have the local (usually static) 'struct snd_sof_dsp_ops' as const which increased code safety, as it is now part of rodata. Not all drivers can be made safer that way. Intel and AMD rely on customizing that 'struct snd_sof_dsp_ops' before passing to SOF, so they won't benefit. They don't lose anything., either.

ASoC: SOF: debug: Handle cases when fw_lib_prefix is not set, NULL

The firmware libraries are not supported by IPC3, the fw_lib_path is not a valid parameter and it is always NULL. Do not create the debugfs file for IPC3 at all as it is not applicable. With IPC4 some vendors/platforms might not support loadable libraries and the fw_lib_prefix is left to NULL to indicate this. Handle such case with allocating "Not supported" string. The SOF driver has multiple profiles to select firmware/topology prefix/names depending on the platform and ipc_type, and each of those fields can be overridden with kernel parameters. This results in some cases in confusion on what configuration is actually used in a given test. We currently log the firmware and topology names in the kernel logs, but there's been an ask to add the information in debugfs to simplify test scripts used by developers and CI. This isn't meant to be a stable ABI used by apps, changes will be allowed as needed. ASoC: SOF: Fix runtime pm usage counter balance after fw exception

If the retain context is enabled we will unconditionally increment the device's pm use count on each exception and when the drivers are unloaded we do not correct this (as we don't know how many times we 'prevented d3 entry'). Introduce a flag to make sure that we do not increment the use count more than once and on module unload decrement the use count if needed to balance it.
