The jack code is perhaps a bit large for being in the interrupt
code directly. Improve the encapsulation by factoring out the
jack handling code into a new c file, as is already done for HID
and FDL. Whilst doing so also add a jack_state structure to hold
the jack state for improved expandability in the future.

Add a driver to support the individual SDCA functions within the class
driver. Use the SDCA helpers to parse the DisCo information and register
a function driver based on those properties. Manage the boot of the
function, reset, FDL, defaults. Manage the function level register map.

Add a device level driver as the entry point for the class driver.
Additional auxiliary drivers will be registered to support each function
within the device. This driver will register those function drivers and
provide the device level functionality, such as monitoring bus
attach/detach, the device level register map, and the root for the IRQ
handling.

Use the auxiliary bus to register/unregister subdevices for each
function. Each function will be handled with a separate driver,
matched using a name.

If a vendor wants to override a specific function driver, they could
use a custom name to match with a custom function driver.

Some instances of the XU Entity have a need for Files to be downloaded
from the Host. In these XUs, there is one instance of a Host to Device
(Consumer) UMP, identified by the FDL_CurrentOwner Control. FDL Library
introduced here implements the FDL flow triggered by FDL_CurrentOwner
irq, which sends a file from SoundWire File Table (SWFT) or from the
firmware directory in specific cases, to the Device FDL UMP.

Currently only Direct method of FDL is implemented.

Add helper functions for handling Universal Message Passing (UMP)
buffers on SDCA devices. These are generic mechanisms to pass blocks of
binary data between the host and the device, in both directions. They
are used for things like passing HID descriptors and the File Download
process.

If the HID or the IRQ are selected as options they will always require
loading alongside the main SDCA module. Since it will never be possible
to run without them the value of keeping them as separate modules is
fairly limited. Pull them into the main SDCA module to simplify things
still further.

Tidy up a few bits of the SDCA Kconfig. Default both HID and IRQ to
enabled, since typically if one wants SDCA all the functionality
will be expected.

Finally, update the IRQ support to match the changes made to the
HID support.

It is not possible to enable SND_SOC_SDCA_HID when SND_SOC_SDCA is built-in
but HID is in a loadable module, as that results in a link failure:

x86_64-linux-ld: sound/soc/sdca/sdca_functions.o: in function `find_sdca_entity_hide':
sdca_functions.c:(.text+0x25b): undefined reference to `sdca_add_hid_device'

Change SND_SOC_SDCA_HID into a 'bool' option that can only be enabled
if this results in a working build, and change the Makefile so this driver
is a loadable module if possible.

Add a library supporting usage of SDCA interrupts, using regmap irq
framework. The library adds functions for parsing ACPI for
interrupt-related information, configuring irq chip and requesting
individual irqs. Calling code (SDCA function code) is expected to also
substitute the library's base irq handler for its own, appropriate
callback.
