ASoC: apple: name back to pcm_new()/pcm_free()

We have been used pcm_new()/pcm_free(), but switched to pcm_construct()/pcm_destruct() to use extra parameters [1]. pcm_new()/free() had been removed [2], but each drivers are still using such function naming. Let's name back to pcm_new()/pcm_free() again. ASoC: apple: mca: Add "apple,t8103-mca" compatible

After discussion with the devicetree maintainers we agreed to not extend lists with the generic compatible "apple,mca" anymore [1]. Use "apple,t8103-mca" as base compatible as it is the SoC the driver and bindings were written for. Current Kconfig menu at [ALSA for SoC audio support] has no rules. So, some venders are using menu style, some venders are listed each drivers on top page, etc. It is difficult to find target vender and/or drivers because it is very random. ASoC: apple: mca: Drop default ARCH_APPLE in Kconfig

When the first driver for Apple Silicon was upstreamed we accidentally included `default ARCH_APPLE` in its Kconfig which then spread to almost every subsequent driver. As soon as ARCH_APPLE is set to y this will pull in many drivers as built-ins which is not what we want. Thus, drop `default ARCH_APPLE` from Kconfig. We don't (and can't) configure the hardware correctly if the number of channels exceeds the weight of the TDM mask. Report that constraint in startup of FE. ASoC: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove() return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for platform drivers. Convert all drivers below sound/soc to use .remove(), with the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer. ASoC: apple: mca: Annotate struct mca_data with __counted_by

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS (for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family functions). As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct mca_data.
