The msnd drivers do not implement system sleep callbacks today, so
they have no defined way to recover DSP state after suspend.

Add common card suspend/resume helpers, rerun the DSP
initialization path on resume, restore the cached capture-source
state, and rearm the shared IRQ for already-open users.

System suspend cannot work for msnd today because the PCM trigger
paths reject SNDRV_PCM_TRIGGER_SUSPEND, and the driver has only
refcounted IRQ helpers.

Add the small helpers needed by the PM callbacks and restore master
volume from the cached ALSA mixer state when the DSP is
reinitialized.

Add SPDX-License-Identifier lines to several files where
they are missing, mostly in the sound/isa subdir.
Use GPL-2.0 as the id.

[ note: the same change applied to sound/hda/core/trace.c, too -- tiwai ]

Clean up the code using guard() for spin locks.

Merely code refactoring, and no behavior change.

Use a safer function strscpy() instead of strcpy() for copying to
arrays.

Only idiomatic code replacement, and no functional changes.

Nothing calls snd_msndmidi_new()
  thus nothing sets chip->msndmidi_mpu
The call to snd_msndmidi_input_read is gated on that being set,
so snd_msndmidi_input_read() won't be called either.

This is probably a missing call to snd_msndmidi_new(), but since
this is ancient code, it's probably best to remove it (especially
since I don't have the hardware to test it).

Use the standard print API with dev_*() instead of the old house-baked
one. It gives better information and allows dynamically control of
debug prints.

*-objs suffix is reserved rather for (user-space) host programs while
usually *-y suffix is used for kernel drivers (although *-objs works
for that purpose for now).

Let's correct the old usages of *-objs in Makefiles.

The old ISA MSND driver basically maps the iomem as the DMA buffer.
For this type of buffer, we have already the standard mmap helper,
snd_pcm_lib_mmap_iomem(). Correct the PCM info, set the DMA address
and use the standard helper for handling the mmap on all architectures
properly.

This patch converts the resource management in ISA msnd drivers with
devres as a clean up. Each manual resource management is converted
with the corresponding devres helper. The remove callback became
superfluous and dropped.

This should give no user-visible functional changes.
