<title>ALSA: Align the syntax of iov_iter helpers with standard ones</title>

We introduced a couple of helpers for copying iomem over iov_iter, and
the functions were formed like the former copy_from/to_user(), and the
return value was adjusted to 0/-EFAULT, which made the code transition
a bit easier at that time.

OTOH, the standard copy_from/to_iter() functions have different
argument orders and the return value, and this difference can be
confusing. It's not only confusing but dangerous; actually I did
write a wrong code due to that once :-&lt;

For reducing the confusion, this patch changes the syntax of those
helpers to align with the standard copy_from/to_iter(). The argument
order is changed and the return value is the size of copied bytes.
The callers of those functions are updated accordingly, too.

Add two more helpers for copying memory between iov_iter and iomem,
which will be used by the new PCM copy ops in a few drivers.
The existing helpers became wrappers of those now.

Note that copy_from/to_iter() returns the copied bytes, hence the
error condition is adjusted accordingly.

Just a tidy up to follow the standard EXPORT_SYMBOL*() declarations
in order to improve grep-ability.

- Move EXPORT_SYMBOL*() to the position right after its definition
- Remove superfluous blank line before EXPORT_SYMBOL*() lines

script/kernel-doc reports the following type of warnings (when run in verbose
mode):

Warning(sound/core/init.c:152): No description found for return value of
'snd_card_create'

To fix that:
- add missing descriptions of function return values
- use "Return:" sections to describe those return values

Along the way:
- complete some descriptions
- fix some typos

These aren't modules, but they do make use of these macros, so
they will need export.h to get that definition. Previously,
they got it via the implicit module.h inclusion.

This header file exists only for some hacks to adapt alsa-driver
tree. It's useless for building in the kernel. Let's move a few
lines in it to sound/core.h and remove it.
With this patch, sound/driver.h isn't removed but has just a single
compile warning to include it. This should be really killed in
future.
