samples: Replace strlcpy() with strscpy()

strlcpy() reads the entire source buffer first. This read may exceed the destination size limit. This is both inefficient and can lead to linear read overflows if a source string is not NUL-terminated[1]. Additionally, it returns the size of the source string, not the resulting size of the destination string. In an effort to remove strlcpy() completely[2], replace strlcpy() here with strscpy(). In [1], Christoph Hellwig has proposed to remove the wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h. Some reasons why this API should be removed have been given by Julia Lawall in [2]. We currently have the following devnode types: enum vfl_devnode_type { VFL_TYPE_GRABBER = 0, VFL_TYPE_VBI, VFL_TYPE_RADIO, VFL_TYPE_SUBDEV, VFL_TYPE_SDR, VFL_TYPE_TOUCH, VFL_TYPE_MAX /* Shall be the last one */ }; They all make sense, except for the first: GRABBER really refers to /dev/videoX devices, which can be capture, output or m2m, so 'grabber' doesn't even refer to their function anymore.
