nfc: Fix FSF address in file headers

Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with the URL so that we do not have to keep updating the header comments anytime the address changes. NFC: llcp: Fix non blocking sockets connections

Without the new LLCP_CONNECTING state, non blocking sockets will be woken up with a POLLHUP right after calling connect() because their state is stuck at LLCP_CLOSED. NFC: Keep socket alive until the DISC PDU is actually sent
