netfilter: require Ethernet MAC header before using eth_hdr()

`ip6t_eui64`, `xt_mac`, the `bitmap:ip,mac`, `hash:ip,mac`, and `hash:mac` ipset types, and `nf_log_syslog` access `eth_hdr(skb)` after either assuming that the skb is associated with an Ethernet device or checking only that the `ETH_HLEN` bytes at `skb_mac_header(skb)` lie between `skb->head` and `skb->data`. Make these paths first verify that the skb is associated with an Ethernet device, that the MAC header was set, and that it spans at least a full Ethernet header before accessing `eth_hdr(skb)`. netfilter: add more netlink-based policy range checks

These spots either already check the attribute range manually before use or the consuming functions tolerate unexpected values. Nevertheless, add more range checks via netlink policy so we gain more users and avoid possible re-use in other places that might not have the required manual checks. netfilter: ipset: drop logically empty buckets in mtype_del

mtype_del() counts empty slots below n->pos in k, but it only drops the bucket when both n->pos and k are zero. This misses buckets whose live entries have all been removed while n->pos still points past deleted slots. Treat a bucket as empty when all positions below n->pos are unused and release it directly instead of shrinking it further. They either have to be switched to NLA_NUL_STRING, or the compare operations need to use the nla functions. This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union object instances: Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...) Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...) Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...) Since the ahash_region() macro was redefined to calculate the region index solely from HTABLE_REGION_BITS, the htable_bits parameter became unused. Remove the unused htable_bits argument and its call sites, simplifying the code without changing semantics. netfilter: ipset: fix region locking in hash types

Region locking introduced in v5.6-rc4 contained three macros to handle the region locks: ahash_bucket_start(), ahash_bucket_end() which gave back the start and end hash bucket values belonging to a given region lock and ahash_region() which should give back the region lock belonging to a given hash bucket. The latter was incorrect which can lead to a race condition between the garbage collector and adding new elements when a hash type of set is defined with timeouts.
