[ Upstream commit 295dd295e2137e10e9a5b1891d97e0f08de76f03 ]

mpls_getroute() builds the RTM_NEWROUTE reply to an RTM_GETROUTE
request by filling a struct rtmsg allocated from an skb whose data
area is not zeroed (alloc_skb(NLMSG_GOODSIZE, ...)). It sets every
field of the header except rtm_tos:

	r = nlmsg_data(nlh);
	r->rtm_family = AF_MPLS;
	r->rtm_dst_len	= 20;
	r->rtm_src_len	= 0;
	r->rtm_table	= RT_TABLE_MAIN;
	r->rtm_type	= RTN_UNICAST;
	r->rtm_scope	= RT_SCOPE_UNIVERSE;
	r->rtm_protocol = rt->rt_protocol;
	r->rtm_flags	= 0;

struct rtmsg has no padding, so the one uninitialised byte rtm_tos
(offset 3) is copied straight to user space on recvmsg(), leaking a
byte of uninitialised heap memory. This is in contrast to
mpls_dump_route(), which fills the very same header and does set
rtm_tos = 0.

Initialize rtm_tos to 0, matching mpls_dump_route().

Reproduced with KMSAN by adding an MPLS route and issuing a
non-RTM_F_FIB_MATCH RTM_GETROUTE for its label:

(byte 19 = nlmsghdr(16) + rtmsg offset 3 = rtm_tos)

[ Upstream commit 56d96fededd61192cd7cc8d2b0f36adfd59036c3 ]

On CONFIG_INET=n builds, mpls_valid_fib_dump_req() walks the parsed
attribute table itself instead of calling ip_valid_fib_dump_req(). The
RTA_OIF arm passes tb[RTA_OIF] to nla_get_u32() without checking it is
present, so an RTM_GETROUTE dump for AF_MPLS with strict checking and no
RTA_OIF hits a NULL dereference.

RTM_GETROUTE is RTNL_KIND_GET, which rtnetlink_rcv_msg() permits without
CAP_NET_ADMIN, so an unprivileged user can trigger it.

tell if they use RTNL locking or RCU.

This is used in the following patch, when inet_dump_fib()
no longer holds RTNL.

As syzbot reported [0], mpls_route_input_rcu() can be called
from mpls_getroute(), where is under RTNL.

net->mpls.platform_label is only updated under RTNL.

Let's use rcu_dereference_rtnl() in mpls_route_input_rcu() to
silence the splat.

commit fda6c89fe3d9aca073495a664e1d5aea28cd4377 upstream.

lianhui reports that when MPLS fails to register the sysctl table
under new location (during device rename) the old pointers won't
get overwritten and may be freed again (double free).

Handle this gracefully. The best option would be unregistering
the MPLS from the device completely on failure, but unfortunately
mpls_ifdown() can fail. So failing fully is also unreliable.

Another option is to register the new table first then only
remove old one if the new one succeeds. That requires more
code, changes order of notifications and two tables may be
visible at the same time.

sysctl point is not used in the rest of the code - set to NULL
on failures and skip unregister if already NULL.

commit 278d3ba61563ceed3cb248383ced19e14ec7bc1f upstream.

On 32bit-UP u64_stats_fetch_begin() disables only preemption. If the
reader is in preemptible context and the writer side
(u64_stats_update_begin*()) runs in an interrupt context (IRQ or
softirq) then the writer can update the stats during the read operation.
This update remains undetected.

Use u64_stats_fetch_begin_irq() to ensure the stats fetch on 32bit-UP
are not interrupted by a writer. 32bit-SMP remains unaffected by this
change.

commit 7d4741eacdefa5f0475431645b56baf00784df1f upstream.

There are various problems related to netlink notifications for mpls route
changes in response to interfaces being deleted:
* delete interface of only nexthop
	DELROUTE notification is missing RTA_OIF attribute
* delete interface of non-last nexthop
	NEWROUTE notification is missing entirely
* delete interface of last nexthop
	DELROUTE notification is missing nexthop

All of these problems stem from the fact that existing routes are modified
in-place before sending a notification. Restructure mpls_ifdown() to avoid
changing the route in the DELROUTE cases and to create a copy in the
NEWROUTE case.

A packet with skb_inner_network_header(skb) == skb_network_header(skb)
and ETH_P_MPLS_UC will prevent mpls_gso_segment from pulling any headers
from the packet. Subsequently, the call to skb_mac_gso_segment will
again call mpls_gso_segment with the same packet leading to an infinite
loop. In addition, ensure that the header length is a multiple of four,
which should hold irrespective of the number of stacked labels.
