<title>wifi: mac80211: Get the correct interface for non-netdev skb status</title>

The function ieee80211_sdata_from_skb() always returned the P2P Device
interface in case the skb was not associated with a netdev and didn't
consider the possibility that an NAN Device interface is also enabled.

To support configurations where both P2P Device and a NAN Device
interface are active, extend the function to match the correct
interface based on address 2 in the 802.11 MAC header.

Since the 'p2p_sdata' field in struct ieee80211_local is no longer
needed, remove it.

This code was accidentally dropped during the cooked
monitor removal, but really should've been simplified
instead. Add the simple version back.

Hostapd switched from cooked monitor interfaces to nl80211 Dec 2011.
Drop support for the outdated cooked monitor interfaces and fix
creating the virtual monitor interfaces in the following cases:

 1) We have one non-monitor and one monitor interface with
    %MONITOR_FLAG_ACTIVE enabled and then delete the non-monitor
    interface.

 2) We only have monitor interfaces enabled on resume while at least one
    has %MONITOR_FLAG_ACTIVE set.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Drivers need to purge TX SKB when stopping. Using skb_queue_purge() can't
report TX status to mac80211, causing ieee80211_free_ack_frame() warns
"Have pending ack frames!". Export ieee80211_purge_tx_queue() for drivers
to not have to reimplement it.

In order to activate a link that is currently inactive due to
a negotiated TTLM request, need to first tear down the negotiated
TTLM request.
Add support for sending TTLM teardown request and update the links
state accordingly.

make htmldocs warns:

Documentation/driver-api/80211/mac80211:109: ./include/net/mac80211.h:5170: WARNING: Duplicate C declaration, also defined at mac80211:1117.
Declaration is '.. c:function:: void ieee80211_tx_status (struct ieee80211_hw *hw, struct sk_buff *skb)'.

This is because there's a function named ieee80211_tx_status() and a struct named
ieee80211_tx_status. This has been discussed previously but no solution found:

https://lore.kernel.org/all/20220521114629.6ee9fc06@coco.lan/

There's also a bug open for three years with no solution in sight:

https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/pull/8313

So I guess we have no other solution than to a workaround this in the code,
for example to rename the function to ieee80211_tx_status_skb() to avoid the
name conflict. I got the idea for the name from ieee80211_tx_status_noskb() in
which the skb is not provided as an argument, instead with
ieee80211_tx_status_skb() the skb is provided.

Compile tested only.

We really cannot even get into this as we can't have
a BSS with a 5/10 MHz (scan) width, and therefore all
the code handling shifted rates cannot happen. Remove
it all, since it's broken anyway, at least with MLO.
