refcount_t type and corresponding API should be used instead of atomic_t when the variable is used as a reference counter. This allows to avoid accidental refcounter overflows that might lead to use-after-free situations. calipso: Add a label cache.

This works in exactly the same way as the CIPSO label cache. The idea is to allow the lsm to cache the result of a secattr lookup so that it doesn't need to perform the lookup for every skbuff. calipso: Allow the lsm to label the skbuff directly.
