Sometimes we need to know which one of backlog queue can be exactly long enough to cause some latency when debugging this part is needed. Thus, we can then separate the display of both. net: extract a few internals from netdevice.h

There's a number of functions and static variables used under net/core/ but not from the outside. We currently dump most of them into netdevice.h. That bad for many reasons: - netdevice.h is very cluttered, hard to figure out what the APIs are; - netdevice.h is very long; - we have to touch netdevice.h more which causes expensive incremental builds. Create a header under net/core/ and move some declarations. The new header is also a bit of a catch-all but that's fine, if we create more specific headers people will likely over-think where their declaration fit best. And end up putting them in netdevice.h, again. More work should be done on splitting netdevice.h into more targeted headers, but that'd be more time consuming so small steps. After commit:7866a621043f ("dev: add per net_device packet type chains"), we can not get packet types that are bound to a specified net device by /proc/net/ptype, this patch fix the regression. net: fix information leakage in /proc/net/ptype

In one net namespace, after creating a packet socket without binding it to a device, users in other net namespaces can observe the new `packet_type` added by this packet socket by reading `/proc/net/ptype` file. This is minor information leakage as packet socket is namespace aware. Add a net pointer in `packet_type` to keep the net namespace of of corresponding packet socket. This reverts commit ec18e8455484370d633a718c6456ddbf6eceef21. It turns out that there are user space programs which got broken by that change. One example is the "ifstat" program shipped by Debian: https://packages.debian.org/source/bullseye/ifstat which, confusingly enough, seems to not have anything in common with the much more familiar (at least to me) ifstat program from iproute2: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/network/iproute2/iproute2.git/tree/misc/ifstat.c root@debian:~# ifstat ifstat: /proc/net/dev: unsupported format. Even if we fix this ancient and very "lightly" maintained program to parse the text output of /proc/net/dev in a more sensible way, this story seems bound to repeat again with other programs, and modifying them all could cause more trouble than it's worth. On the other hand, the reverted patch had no other reason than an aesthetic one, so reverting it is the simplest way out. I don't know what other distributions would be affected; the fact that Debian doesn't ship the iproute2 version of the program (a different code base altogether, which uses netlink and not /proc/net/dev) is surprising in itself. net: move the ptype_all and ptype_base declarations to include/linux/netdevice.h

ptype_all and ptype_base are declared in net/core/dev.c as non-static, because they are used by net-procfs.c too. However, a "make W=1" build complains that there was no previous declaration of ptype_all and ptype_base in a header file, so this way of declaring things constitutes a violation of coding style. net-sysfs: add backlog len and CPU id to softnet data

Currently the backlog status in not exposed to user-space. Since long backlogs (or simply not empty ones) can be a source of noticeable latency, -RT deployments need some way to inspect it. Additionally, there isn't a direct match between 'softnet_stat' lines and the related CPU - sd for offline CPUs are not dumped - so this patch also includes the CPU id into such entry.
